Beehively allows you to attach either Beehively Meetings or external meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) to any of your events. For scheduled events, go to the course edit screen and click Schedule. On this page, you have the option to add a virtual meeting to the subject’s recurring class meeting event by clicking Add Meeting.
For ad-hoc events (those created from the calendar page), when set up your event from the calendar page (see how to do this here) and click the Add Meeting button on the right side of the pop up. After this, you can choose whether you want to set up a Beehively Meeting or an external meeting. For an external meeting (such as Zoom or Google Meet), enter the meeting url that you want to use. You can also insert links to pre-recorded lessons (Loom, Youtube).
