To start scheduling your courses, click on Courses from your homeroom page then navigate to the Schedule tab in the Course Edit screen. Before you can start scheduling courses, you must have a periods set up. Are you an admin? Learn how to set up these periods here

You can assign each course to an individual period and select whether your students will be attending at home or school. If your school is using cohorts, you can individually assign locations to each cohort or specify that one cohort is not attending. You can also attach a meeting to each of your courses by clicking Add Meeting. You have the option to add a Beehively Meeting or an external meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, Youtube link for pre-recorded lesson, etc.). All of these courses and their meeting links will automatically populate into your students’ and your today pages for easy access.

Once you finish assigning periods for each course and Save everything, you can navigate back to your classroom homepage and click Calendar. Here, you will see all of the courses you just created and what times they are scheduled at. If you don’t see any courses, make sure you are looking at a week when classes are in session.
