Select Manage Volunteering from the Administration menu.

Select Add New on the top bar.


  1. Enter the title of the task (this is a mandatory Field)
  2. Add any tasks within this subject that can be logged for (these options will show per line as a dropdown menu when logging hours, so make sure to separate by line) (this is a mandatory Field
  3. Add a description of the event (optional)
  4. Enter the main contact email for this volunteer task
  5. Select the ending date for this task (the last day people can log hours for this task) (this is a mandatory Field
  6. Select who may volunteer for this event (Parent, Staff, Student, Member)
  7. If you want to group volunteer time by a category, enter the name next to Type. Time logged to this category will be automatically totaled together.
  8. Remember to hit Save at the bottom when you're done!
