Select Manage Volunteering from the Administration menu.
Select Add New on the top bar.
- Enter the title of the task (this is a mandatory Field)
- Add any tasks within this subject that can be logged for (these options will show per line as a dropdown menu when logging hours, so make sure to separate by line) (this is a mandatory Field
- Add a description of the event (optional)
- Enter the main contact email for this volunteer task
- Select the ending date for this task (the last day people can log hours for this task) (this is a mandatory Field
- Select who may volunteer for this event (Parent, Staff, Student, Member)
- If you want to group volunteer time by a category, enter the name next to Type. Time logged to this category will be automatically totaled together.
- Remember to hit Save at the bottom when you're done!
