Our built in template gallery allows you to create your newsletters from an already-made template so you don't have to waste any extra time building a good looking announcement from scratch. You can choose to use Beehively templates, your school's templates, or Community templates. You can even build your own newsletter, then save it as a template in the gallery for future use.
To find a template that corresponds to a certain type of announcement or theme, you can use the search bar to find templates with tags such as #Welcome, #News, or #Holiday.
To create your own template, click on a previously made newsletter, open the 3 dot menu, and select "Create Template."
From here you can name your template, add any related tags, and choose whether to share it with other schools. After hitting Save, you will see the newsletter as a template in the "School Templates" page in the template gallery. If you chose to share the template with other schools, you will also see it in the "Community Templates" section.
