With our newsletters feature, you have the ability to share a newsletter that you create to social media platforms such as Facebook or Twitter. Or, you can generate a shareable URL that allows users without a Beehively account to view your newsletter. To do this, look for the blue Share icon in the top right corner of a previously published newsletters, as shown below.
Simply click on this button and you will see a menu of options to share your newsletter. Choose which social media platform you want to share it with, or click copy link to automatically save the newsletter's URL to your clipboard. To see a preview of your public newsletter, click the grey arrow.
If you do not want your newsletter to be visible to the public, click anywhere on the published newsletter itself and uncheck the orange Public box. Anyone with a previously generated link will be required to login before viewing the newsletter and the blue share icon will no longer be visible.
