Navigating to the MyInfo page
To edit basic information like name, address, phone number or email for you or your student, simply click on your name at the bottom of the left side navigation bar.
From here, you will see your MyInfo page. If you want to edit your student’s information, click on Student Profile in the upper left and select the name of the student you want to edit. This will take you to their MyInfo page. Students are not able to edit their MyInfo page.
Changing your email address or password
If you are not able to log in because you do not know your current password, check out this article for information on how to proceed.
To edit your email address/username or your password, click on Edit Email or Password below the text field for middle name. This will display the Email/Username and New Password text field where you can type in a new email address/username or password. After editing your email or username, Beehively will prompt you to change your password as well. The new password can be the same as the old password.
Editing your address and phone number
To edit your address or phone number, click on the Contacts tab. Scroll down to either the primary, work, or text number to change your phone number or to Primary/mailing address to change your address.
