• For admins, in the group edit screen, there is a new visibility dropdown where you have the option to mark a group as visible to all, visible to members, or Hidden. 
  • Just click on the group you want to update, and you will see a new Visibility option on the right side of the screen. There are three options:
  • Visible to All - everyone that is able to log in to your school's Beehively portal will see this group included in the list of classrooms in the side navigation bar
  • Visible to Members - any type of user that is a member of the group (and administrators) will see it in their side navigation bar. Parents, students, and other staff that are not associated with the group will not be able to see it.
  • Hidden - the group will only be visible to Administrators, the Class Teacher, and Additional Staff for that group. This is useful when you want to hide a group but not necessarily deactivate it, or to hide certain groups from users while setting up your school.
