The Synced Courses screen offers teachers and admins a quick and easy way to check the status of all their courses that are synced to third-party gradebooks, like Google Classroom.


To reach this screen, click Connected Apps in the Administration menu.


Administrators will see a list of all courses in the school, whereas teachers will only see courses they teach.


On the Synced Courses screen, you will see courses grouped by their homeroom, with information in four columns.

  • Course Name
  • Sync Status
  • Last Sync
  • and a Sync Now button


If the course has encountered an error with the last sync, it will be shown in the Sync Status column, along with an error message.
