Clever and Beehively have partnered to make it especially easy for your school or district to sync data.


To set up Clever Data Sync, you will need to be an administrative user at your school, as well as in your District. If your school is not part of a District, you can set up a new one.


Here are the steps you will need to take to set up your Clever Data Sync.

  1. Log in to Clever, and note the SFTP username and password from Clever.
  2. Contact Beehively Support and communicate this username and password to our Support team.

Once this step is complete, you will be able to manage Clever Data Sync settings from your school's Apps page.   


On your school's Apps page, you will be able to:

  • Enable automatic syncing
  • Manually start a sync
  • Select what data and users to sync
  • View sync logs
